The platform must be used exclusively for professional manufacturing management. Prohibited activities include reverse engineering, unauthorized data scraping, or attempting to compromise our security architecture.

3. Proprietary Rights

RollsNice retains all intellectual property rights to the platform interface, AI algorithms, and software architecture. Users retain all rights to their specific organizational data entered into the system.

4. Enterprise Service Levels

We aim for 99.9% uptime for our core production modules. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We provide premium support for critical system interruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RollsNice Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use. Our platform is a tool to assist, not replace, expert manufacturing management.

Users agree to comply with all local and international laws regarding manufacturing data management and employee privacy.
