How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to rollsnice98@gmail.com from the email address associated with your RollsNice account.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- In the email body, include your registered name and the factory/company name associated with your account.
- Our team will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Login credentials and authentication data
- User preferences and settings
- Activity logs associated with your account
- Any uploaded files or documents linked to your account
Important Information
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Certain business records (production data, financial transactions, audit logs) may be retained as required by applicable laws and regulations for a period of up to 7 years.
- Data that has been anonymized or aggregated for reporting purposes will not be deleted, as it can no longer be associated with your account.
- If your account is linked to an active factory or company, the administrator (Boss) must approve the deletion request.
Alternative: Request Data Deletion Without Deleting Account
If you prefer to keep your account but want specific data removed, you can request partial data deletion by contacting us at rollsnice98@gmail.com. Please specify which data you would like removed, and we will process your request where technically feasible and legally permissible.
