Deletion Request Process

- Send an email to rollsnice98@gmail.com from the email address associated with your RollsNice account.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- In the email body, include your registered name and the factory/company name associated with your account.
- Our compliance team will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.

Please read before submitting a deletion request
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Certain business records (production data, financial transactions, audit logs) may be retained as required by applicable laws for up to 7 years.
- Anonymized or aggregated data used for reporting purposes will not be deleted, as it cannot be associated with your account.
- If your account is linked to an active factory, the administrator (Boss) must approve the deletion request.
Partial Data Deletion
If you prefer to keep your account but want specific data removed, you can request partial data deletion by contacting us at rollsnice98@gmail.com. Please specify which data you would like removed, and we will process your request where technically feasible and legally permissible.
